IT IS THE CO-SIGNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO

1. Make certain that the Defendant knows to come to one of our offices located in Fort Worth, Mckinney, Austin or Dallas, Texas within two 48 hours from the time of release to complete their portion of the bonding application process and all paperwork. Failure to do so will result in us terminating the bond and issuing an arrest warrant for the Defendant.

2. Make certain that the Defendant knows to bring a government issued form of identification with a photo to our office.

3. Make certain the Defendant brings a working cell phone and an email address with them to our office so they can download and install the check in app before they leave our office. X.

4. Making certain the Defendant knows that all information on their application will be verified and false information will result in us terminating the bond and a warrant issued for the arrest of the Defendant IMMEDIATELY!

Notice Regarding Aliens Who Make Bond

An alien incarcerated for criminal charges in the United States may be subject to detention and deportation by the United States government. Detention and deportation are particularly likely for aliens who are in the United States illegally.

Bonds for Criminal charges have no effect on detention and deportation proceedings or possibilities. An alien who makes bond on all state criminal charges may, in some cases, never obtain release from jail before disposing of his or her criminal case. Furthermore, he or she may be subject to deportation at any time.

I hereby authorize any of Bring 'Em Home Bail Bonds, agents or employees, bearing this release, or copy thereof, within eight years of it's date, to obtain any information in the files of the Department of Human Services, the Social Security Administration, SSI, Postal Service Records, Telephone records, Telephone Records from local and long distance carriers, employment records including, but not limited to academic achievement, attendance, athletic, personal history, medical records, credit history, rental office, pawn shop and other records normally covered by the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby direct you to release information upon request of the barrier of this sheet.
